Shipping policy
We understand that getting your order delivered straight to your door is a priority.
Once you receive a tracking number, your parcel has been successfully dispatched from our Distribution Centre and on its way to you. You can find your tracking number on your confirmation email. Please check your junk mail if you have not received this email.
To follow its progress from there, the best thing to do is to continue to track your parcel for further updates. You can do this by entering your tracking number into the tracking tool here.
Please be aware that some tracking numbers may show little scan information. This is because Australia Post are prioritising the movement of freight over scanning the parcels to avoid further delays. In addition, some parcels are being processed interstate, so you may see some unusual scans or no scans until the last delivery point.

Flat Rate Standard: $8.95 AUD
Express: $12.00 AUD
NEW ZEALAND:
Standard: $10.95 AUD
Express: $24.95 AUD

Currently we are only shipping to Australia and New Zealand.
Cheeky notes:
- All items are shipped via Australia Post from Victoria, Australia.
- Please be aware of Australian Public Holidays as this may affect dispatch and shipping time frames.
- Triple check your shipping details to ensure they are correct before completing your order, as once the package has left the Cheeky Peachy warehouse we are unable to make any amendments.
- If a parcel is returned to sender, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.
- Please be aware of any customs charges and duty charges that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Cheeky Peachy does not cover import liabilities, this is the responsibility of the customer.
